José is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont. While attending the classically French school, he specialized in the art of the saucier. His sauces and delicately sautéed items are out of this world!

With over 25 years of cooking experience, and a second restaurant in the works, he puts his skills to good use creating delectable dishes that celebrate a plant-based diet.

His philosophy is vegan food should be so tasty, that whether you come to the table as a dedicated vegan or not, you will consider the lifestyle after enjoying his food!
