Christmas shopping can be fun. It can be a holiday treat, not a holiday burden.
Skip the malls. Skip Amazon. Skip the big box stores. Instead, visit and shop at some of the terrific places that are right here in the neighborhood.
We’ve put together a list of nearly twenty neighborhood shops where you can pick up something really personal for the loved ones on your shopping list, with prices ranging from a few dollars to a few hundred. You can get artwork, jewelry, cookware, vinyl record albums, sweaters, scarves, CBD-infused coffee, or ‘experiences’ like dinner and a classic movie.
And it’s genuinely fun to walk from shop to shop, talking to owners who are excited about their products, and finding unique, one-of-a-kind gifts that are truly special.
Jim and I spent most of Saturday doing exactly that. Here’s what we found.
